1. The material of the distribution box and switch box; generally, steel plates are used, but insulated boards can also be selected, while wooden materials are not recommended.

2. The distribution box and switch box should be installed upright, securely, and must not be inverted or tilted; the vertical distance from the bottom of fixed distribution boxes and switch boxes to the ground should be greater than 1.3m and less than or equal to 1.5m; the vertical distance from the bottom of mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes to the ground should be greater than or equal to 0.6m and less than or equal to 1.5m.

3. It is strictly prohibited to connect the power supply line entering the high-voltage distribution cabinet with a plug.

4. The distance between distribution boxes should not be too far; the distance between the distribution box and the switch box should not exceed 30m. The manufacturer of high and low voltage cabinets in Henan states that the horizontal distance between the switch box and fixed electrical equipment should not exceed 3m.

5. Each electrical device should have its own dedicated switch box; each electrical device on the construction site should have its own dedicated switch box, and it must meet the requirement of "one machine, one switch, one leakage". It is strictly prohibited to use the same switch device to directly control two or more electrical devices (including sockets). The switch box must be equipped with a leakage protector, with a rated leakage action current not exceeding 30mA, and the leakage action time should not exceed 0.1s.

6. To ensure safety, all distribution box doors should be equipped with locks; the manufacturer of high and low voltage cabinets in Henan states that it is prohibited to connect or plug in other temporary electrical devices inside the distribution box and switch box, and it is strictly forbidden to place miscellaneous items inside the switch box.

7. The outer coating color of the distribution box (cabinet) should be electrostatically sprayed according to the requirements of the party A; the coating should be firmly attached, with uniform color, no wrinkles, peeling, spots, or missed spraying, and no obvious color difference or reflection when observed from a distance of 1 meter. The surface should be smooth, clean, and free from dents, scratches, or other damage. Other galvanized parts used inside the box (cabinet) should also ensure no peeling, spots, missed plating, rust, or other defects, and the quality of the exterior should meet the same requirements. There should be no miscellaneous items or dust inside the box (cabinet).
